Cornish+Pani carried out a comprehensive corporate regularization for JLL before the foreign investment regulatory bodies in Mexico, including the National Registry of Foreign Investment. It also implemented amendment agreements in line with the requirements of current legislation regarding REPSE and offered comprehensive support in regulatory aspects related to outdoor advertising. Thanks to this process, JLL strengthened legal compliance in all of its group companies, increasing the strength of its operations in the country.
